Effective October 20, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Perrin Strategic Solutions, LLC (“Perrin Strategic Solutions,” “we,” “us”), a Georgia limited liability company, handles personal information collected through perrinstrategicsolutions.com (the “Site”) and related communications. It also applies to the pages for The Financial Architect, The Financial Architect University (TFA-U), and The Future Builders. The Financial Architect is a financial education brand of Perrin Strategic Solutions, LLC.
Information we collect
- Inquiry form. When you submit our inquiry form, which is hosted by Microsoft Forms, we receive the information you enter, including your name, company name, email address, phone number, how you heard about us, and details about your business, its current financial processes, and the support you are looking for.
- Consultation booking. When you book a consultation through Microsoft Bookings, we receive your name, email address, any notes you choose to add, and the appointment date and time you select. Microsoft generates a Microsoft Teams meeting link for the appointment.
- Email. When you email us, we receive your email address, the contents of your message, and any attachments.
- Technical information. When you visit the Site, our hosting and security provider automatically processes technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, pages requested, referring page, and timestamps. This is needed to deliver the Site and protect it from abuse.
We do not ask you to create an account on the Site, and we do not collect payment information through the Site.
Cookies and tracking
The Site does not use analytics, advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or cross-site tracking. Our security provider may set strictly necessary cookies to protect the Site from automated abuse. Microsoft may use cookies on its own Forms and Bookings pages under Microsoft’s privacy terms.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry and communicate with you about it
- To schedule, confirm, and prepare for consultations
- To evaluate whether we can provide the services you request
- To operate, secure, and maintain the Site
- To comply with legal, tax, and professional obligations, and to protect our legal rights
How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only with:
- Service providers that process it on our behalf: Cloudflare, Inc. (website hosting, content delivery, DNS, and security) and Microsoft Corporation (email, Microsoft Forms, and Microsoft Bookings). Information you submit through Forms or Bookings is processed by Microsoft under its own privacy terms.
- Legal and safety recipients, when required by law, legal process, or to protect our rights, our clients, or others.
- A successor, if our business is reorganized, merged, or sold, subject to this policy.
Links to other sites
The Site links to third-party services, including LinkedIn, Microsoft Forms, and Microsoft Bookings. Their own privacy policies govern how they handle your information.
Retention
Website inquiries. If an inquiry does not lead to an engagement, we keep the inquiry and booking information for up to two years. We review it at least once a year and delete what we no longer need, unless we must keep it for a legal reason.
Client records. If you become a client, the accounting, tax, and engagement records we keep for you are governed by your engagement agreement and by applicable legal and professional retention requirements, not by the two-year period above.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect personal information. No transmission or storage method is completely secure. Please do not send Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, tax returns, or other sensitive financial records through the inquiry form or by regular email. If we engage with you, we will tell you how to send those documents securely.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete your information, subject to legal record-keeping requirements
- Stop contacting you
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under the law of your state. To make a request, email hello@perrinstrategicsolutions.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.” We may need to verify your identity before we act. We will respond within 45 days. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
Children
The Site is intended for adults and organizations. Some educational content from The Future Builders is designed for young learners, but the Site does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
