1. About these Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of perrinstrategicsolutions.com (the “Site”). The Site is owned and operated by Perrin Strategic Solutions, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company (“Perrin Strategic Solutions,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Permitted use

You may view, print, and share Site pages for your personal use or for internal use within your organization. You may not:

Copy, republish, sell, or distribute Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission
Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
Interfere with the Site’s operation or security, or try to gain unauthorized access to it
Use automated tools to scrape or harvest Site content or contact information
Submit false, misleading, or harmful information through our forms

3. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, educational materials, and design, are owned by Perrin Strategic Solutions, LLC or used with permission. Our brand names and logos, including Perrin Strategic Solutions, The Financial Architect, The Financial Architect University (TFA-U), and The Future Builders, may not be used without our written permission. 4. Information on the Site

Site content is general information about our services and about financial topics. We try to keep it accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, accurate, or up to date. Laws, regulations, and tax rules change, and information may not reflect the most recent changes. Educational content is also covered by our Financial Education Disclaimer in section 15.

5. No professional relationship

Visiting the Site, reading its content, using educational materials, submitting an inquiry, booking a consultation, or emailing us does not create an accounting, tax, consulting, advisory, fiduciary, or other professional-client relationship. Please do not send confidential or time-sensitive information until an engagement is in place.

6. Professional services engagements

We provide professional services only under a separate written engagement agreement signed by you and Perrin Strategic Solutions, LLC. That agreement defines the scope, fees, responsibilities, and terms of the work. If the engagement agreement conflicts with these Terms, the engagement agreement controls for that engagement. An initial consultation is not an engagement.

7. Third-party links and services

The Site links to services operated by others, including Microsoft Bookings, Microsoft Forms, and LinkedIn. Their own terms and privacy policies govern your use of them. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or practices.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Perrin Strategic Solutions, LLC and its owner, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content. This section does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, and it does not apply to services provided under an engagement agreement.

10. Indemnification

You agree to reimburse Perrin Strategic Solutions, LLC for reasonable costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, that it incurs as a direct result of your intentional misuse of the Site, unauthorized access to the Site, or material violation of section 2 (Permitted use) of these Terms. This section does not apply to ordinary use of the Site, to good-faith inquiries or bookings, or to matters covered by an engagement agreement.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

12. Dispute resolution and venue

Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at hello@perrinstrategicsolutions.com and try in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. Any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site that is not resolved informally must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Either party may bring a qualifying claim in small claims court.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. When we do, we will change the effective date above. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

14. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the notices they reference, are the entire agreement about your use of the Site.

15. Financial Education Disclaimer

The Financial Architect is a financial education brand of Perrin Strategic Solutions, LLC. Content from The Financial Architect, The Financial Architect University (TFA-U), and The Future Builders, including articles, lessons, courses, curriculum, videos, stories, games, worksheets, and other learning resources, is provided for general financial education only.

Education, not personalized advice

Educational content explains general financial concepts. It is not personalized financial, tax, accounting, legal, investment, insurance, or other professional advice, and it does not consider your individual circumstances, goals, or risk tolerance. Examples and scenarios are for illustration only and are not recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any security or financial product.

The Financial Architect, TFA-U, and The Future Builders do not provide regulated professional services. Professional accounting and financial advisory services are offered only by Perrin Strategic Solutions, LLC under a signed written engagement agreement.

Young learners

The Future Builders and some TFA-U materials are designed to help young people learn money-management basics. These materials teach general concepts and are not advice for any individual child or family. We encourage parents, guardians, and educators to review materials and guide young learners in applying what they learn. Young learners should talk with a parent or guardian before making financial decisions.

Our brands

Perrin Strategic Solutions, LLC is the operating business behind each of the following brands. They are brands of the company, not separate legal entities.

Brand names and logos

The names Perrin Strategic Solutions, The Financial Architect, TFA, The Financial Architect University, TFA-U, and The Future Builders, and their logos and monograms, identify Perrin Strategic Solutions, LLC and its brands. We reserve all rights in them available under trademark and unfair competition law. You may not use them in a way that suggests our sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation, or that could confuse people about the source of a product or service.

Our content

Perrin Strategic Solutions, LLC owns or is authorized to use the content on this Site and in its educational programs. This includes original written content, curriculum, stories, and the selection, arrangement, and compilation of materials, to the extent the law protects them.

Some visual and creative elements, including artwork and character designs, were created with the help of artificial intelligence tools under our creative direction. We do not claim exclusive copyright in any element where the law does not recognize it. All Site content remains subject to the use terms below.

Free educational use

Some materials are marked by us as “Free for educational use.” Parents, guardians, and educators may use those materials, without charge, to teach their own children or students. This permission is limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable. It applies only while copyright and brand notices stay intact.

This permission does not cover paid curriculum packages, school or organizational licensing products, educational games, or other commercial resources. It also does not cover any material offered under a separate license. Those are available only under a separate written license or purchase terms.

Unless we give written permission, you may not sell, resell, commercially distribute, republish online, or include our materials in another product or program. This applies whether or not a particular element is protected by copyright.

Licensing

Schools, organizations, and others who want to use The Future Builders curriculum, TFA-U materials, or other educational resources beyond free educational use may request a license at hello@perrinstrategicsolutions.com.

Third-party marks and materials

Microsoft, Microsoft Forms, Microsoft Bookings, LinkedIn, and Cloudflare are trademarks of their respective owners. Their mention does not imply sponsorship or endorsement. Fonts and software used on the Site are used under their own licenses.
